Fruit and Spiced Wine is – as may be inferred from its name – any wine that is made from fruits or vegetables other than grapes, sometimes with the addition of spices. This is a broad category that has grown considerably in the last few decades, from being the domain of home winemakers to a more commercially viable concern.
The taste is perfectly balanced between the astringent notes of whisky and the sweetness of sugar.
